The Northerner Lodge offers rooms from $390 per week for a single person or couple. Small families with one child can be accommodated from $450 per week (the child must be supervised by the parents). Short-term and long-term stays are available. All rooms come furnished with a bed, mattress protector, drawers, clothes hanging space, and an ensuite bathroom. Residents have access to communal kitchens and QR code-operated washing machines. An on-site, live-in manager is available during business hours. Free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rent is inclusive of power, water, and Wi-Fi. The move-in cost is two weeks’ rent.
