Private and gated rural 1 bedroom apartment on a rural property, seperate from the main dwelling. It has an entrance / mudroom, open plan kitchen and living space with the bedroom, toilet and bathroom on the upper level. It has a private and secure outdoor space. Our new tenant has to be great with animals as we are and are, surrounded by working farms. Be ok with Dogs and noise from our teenage kids etc. Ideally we are looking for a single person who is laid back, quiet and hassle free. A cat is also ok.
