6 rooms house of 178m² in Wellington

3 more separate rooms are available for flatmates as we have secured a place which is a 6 bedroom flat located at 60 Kelburn Parade (1 minute walk from Kelburn campus of Victoria University). Currently there are 3 of us. My brother (2nd year student at vic), his friend (1st year student at Massey) and I (1st year student at vic). We will split the rent and bills cost equally among as many roommates as we can find (6 or max 7). Rent will be between $150 to $225 per week depending the number of occupants (combined to $900) with 4 weeks rent bond for 12 months lease. There are 6 bedrooms, unfurnished.
