This home is fantastic, has a country feel but only just a few minutes to the city. A nice, large front lawn and a beautiful large tree, with plenty of off-street parking. The lawns and small garden area’s are taken care of by our gardener and included in the rent amount. As you walk into this home, it has a lovely feel, very homely. The kitchen has been modernised with an island bench, dishwasher, and quality appliances, along with french-doors out to a large deck area. Kitchen/dining and lounge room are open plan, and very light and spacious. Heated with a heat pump. Unfortunately the fire box is not usable.
