Fully furnished Kerikeri home for FIXED TERM tenancy, available 1 April (or possibly earlier), minimum 6 months, landlords will live in the property from December 2026. Located close to Kerikeri's Stone Store and the Rainbow Falls walk on a dead end road, our house has a generous, practical open plan living area with large kitchen-dining-lounge with large TV and heat pump. There is also a long desk suitable for an office and a sheltered, sunny balcony. The kitchen has induction stove top, oven, microwave, double draw dishwasher and fridge-freezer. All cutlery, glasses, mugs, french press, kettle, toaster, chopping boards provided but BYO pots and pans. Separate laundry with good washing machine but no dryer; racks on the balcony or in the lounge work well. One quiet master bedroom with comfy King-size bed (bedding available) with wardrobes, en suite bathroom (great shower!) and another bedroom for storage or office. As the lounge is above a granny flat, soft-feet required, and no noise after 10pm. Parking for 2 vehicles. Small lawn to mow with battery mower. A gardener maintains the garden. Walk from the front door in a couple of minutes to the Stone Store, pub and cafe, and Rainbow Falls walkway and more. The wider area has beautiful beaches and scenic walks. Less than 10 minutes drive to Kerikeri supermarkets and Waipapa big box stores. Rent a very reasonable $500 per week including utilities (fast wifi, water, rubbish, power and gas).
