The landlord loves long term tenants so I wouldn't see them wanting you to leave :) I absolutely love this home and its great for flatting. There is a large master bedroom upstairs with an en-suite and walk in closet. Upstairs is also the kitchen and living room with a balcony. Downstairs are two identical rooms with built in closets and a shared bathroom.2 car garage with an additional outdoor space Large deck outside and garden running the width of the house.
