We have 4 rooms available in our recently renovated 5 bedroom house situated 5 mins outside of Levin. The house is situated in a quiet area of Levin, is well managed and maintained, spacious with multiple living rooms and has beautiful outside grounds to relax and walk through. It also has a downstairs unit which is separately leased. Rooms are available from $180 per week plus expenses of $50 a week which include power, internet, house amenities, weekly common area cleaning (depending on occupancy levels). The house is currently fully furnished with full kitchenware and whiteware. There is one current flatmate, with four rooms of varying sizes available. Couples welcome but an additional charge is required Children wouldn't be suitable living here on a permanent basis if you were just renting a room, but occasional stays/visits would be fine. Short stays welcome (over 28 days minimum) and could consider an entire lease on the upstairs house if it becomes vacant in the near future which could suit a family or group. Please
