We have 2 rooms available in our recently renovated 5 bedroom house situated 5 mins outside of Levin. The house is situated in a quiet area just north of Levin, is well managed and maintained, spacious with multiple living rooms and has beautiful outside grounds to relax and walk through. It also has a downstairs unit which is separately leased. Rooms are available from $250 per week plus expenses of $50 a week which include power, internet, house amenities, weekly common area cleaning (depending on occupancy levels). The house is currently fully furnished with full kitchenware and whiteware.
