The house is situated in a quiet area just north of Levin, is well managed and maintained, spacious with multiple living rooms and has beautiful outside grounds to relax and walk through. It also has a downstairs unit which is separately leased. Rooms are available from $225 a week including expenses - power, internet, house amenities, common area cleaning (dependant on occupancy levels).
