We are offering a minimum 1 month stay and for those requiring a longer term (initially up to 1 year), we are open to discussions, to best suit your requirements. Included in the weekly rent is power capped at $200 per month, a generous supply of winter firewood, extra fast WIFI and garden maintenance. The property is elevated, soaked in sun and double glazed. It offers both great shelter behind the Pohutukawa trees and lovely sea views. Its close proximity to Lyall Bay beach and local hospitality make it a prime position. The city and hospital are close by as are Kilbirnie Shopping centre, coastal restaurants, cafes, bars and galleries - within walking distance. The fully stocked kitchen flows to a large and comfortable lounge/diner, alongside two double bedrooms and one bathroom. For your convenience we offer a secure storage room on the lower level. Should you require it, we are also able to tailor the space to fit your individual/family needs. The outside deck offers a perfect place for outdoor relaxing and dining. The small and rustic upper landing, has expansive views over Lyall Bay and out to the Airport and Pencarrow Heads. Lyall Bay and the south coast have a progressive, safe and friendly vibe with an abundance of healthy living options. It is a popular haven for water sports with the bay boasting a world class surf break and a safe swimming beach. There are extensive coastal bike lanes nearby and a 9 hole golf course in Miramar. Lord of the Rings fans and film buffs will enjoy Weta Workshop, and you may even find Gollum there! Our guests/tenants ongoingly refer to the property's divine light and sun, its peacefulness, the picturesque location and great lifestyle options right on the doorstep.
