Bayne Terrace is a no-exit road with a safe and stable population of mostly older people. There are a few houses with children. The bedroom is on the ground floor and separate from those used by the owner - which are on the upper floor. The ensuite is a shower and hand basin while the separate toilet and hand basin is next door. Linen can be provided if necessary. There is one easy chair, a dehumidifier, a queen-size bed, spinning chair with adjustable height at a large table for study purposes. There is a storage area under the stairs and plenty of hanging space. There is a large chest of drawers. The room is large with plenty of space for relaxing, reading and studying. The internet is available throughout the house. The kitchen and laundry and deck are shared areas. The views from the upper level are extensive out to the Otago Harbour. The dining/kitchen area is large and meals are to be eaten here. You would have your own fridge and storage facility in the laundry area, by the rear entrance to the house. I have a cat who is rather timid. The entry is from a steep drive. It is not wheel-chair accessible.
