1 room house of 168m² in Auckland

Hi please read before you enquire. This is a short term rental from the end of May till the beginning of September. We can be a tiny bit flexible on dates. It's a 2 bedroom house but we lock our main room with our personal stuff in it so renting as a one bedroom. It's very warm and very sunny, modern and a great area. Close to the beach,park,shops,bars,supermarket bus stop etc. We have a self contained flat downstairs that my son lives in. He is very quiet works full time and is very respectful of others. He has a completely different access to the flat. We have 2 cats,Arnie an Exotic Persian and a short hair half Ragdoll Alice. I'm keen for a cat lover as they will be there .I've never put them in a catery as 3 months is to long. Rent is reasonable for this reason.
