Power and water internet access shared with the owners of the house residing upstairs in the same house. Bed linen including blankets and pillows and food/meals are the subjects of the boarders’ responsibility. The apartment is situated close to the 16th moto-way and 5-min drive from Westgate Shopping Centre. Bus stops are across the road. Covered carport is available for one car, only. All other cars/vehicles are to use an off-street parking. Two-week bond and a one-week boarding payment in advance are necessary for moving in. The boarding in basement to be paid off on a regular weekly basis via internet banking.
