Boarding includes using kitchen and lounge furniture, fridge, washing machine, microwave and 2-elements built-in ceramic hob; in a bedroom a quin-size bed and bedside cabinets are available to use; another bedroom has a round dining table, chairs and a couch for resting. Power and water shared with the owners of the house residing upstairs in the same house. Phone, TV set and internet access as well as all bed linen including blankets and pillows and food/meals are the subjects of the boarders’ responsibility. The apartment is situated close to the 16th moto-way and 5-min drive from Westgate Shopping Centre. Bus stops are across the road. Covered carport is available for one car, only. All other cars/vehicles are to use an off-street parking. Two-week bond and a one-week boarding payment in advance are necessary for moving in. The boarding in basement to be paid off on a regular weekly basis via internet banking.
