3 rooms house of 1076m² in Waitākere Ranges

House is fully furnished and available from 12th Sept to Jan 2027. We have a Projector in our Lounge for a great Cinematic experience. Sunbeam Coffee Machine, 2x Double Rooms + 1 Smaller room which has Bunk Beds. The Master Bedroom has a walk in wardrobe + TV Mounted on the Wall to watch in bed + Dimmable Lights. We have recently replaced our Shower and Vanity. The Lounge has a Heat Pump to cool and heat. We have a small vege pod which is out the back we have been using for vegetables. We have Blueberries out the front of the house which generally ripen around Dec-Jan which requires a net to be setup, which i already have in the garage. (If there are things in the house you do not want to use, we can look at moving them into storage.)
