It has a covered porch and parking is right next to the cottage. Short term available with a weekly clean for $500 per week all inclusive or $400 for a Monday to Friday arrangement all inclusive. The location is on a beautiful country lane less than 5 minutes to Masterton and is surrounded by lifestyle properties in a very peaceful and tranquil setting. We are looking for a working professional boarder. This is a boarding situation as we live in the main house and there is not separate utilities - they are all linked to the main house . Therefore in addition to the rent, expenses will be $50 per week for power, rubbish collection and Starlink. No pets or parties. References and credit check required. Please e
