This very cosy waterfront renovated cottage has it all: a log fire and heat pump, a modern kitchen, a very cosy lounge, 2 decks to lounge around on, a large king bedroom with a full wall of windows to watch the sea & bird life in the bay. You can lie in your king size bed, in a spacious bedroom and see it all. The kitchen has bifold windows that open onto the deck and BBQ area with all outdoor furniture, on the three decks. This bush n beach cottage has everything you will need - just bring your toothbrush. (maybe a little more). It comes with fibre Wi-Fi, a good size smart TV, a kayak or two, BBQ, outdoor furniture and all other furniture - all included. It suits a single or couple, & dogs are welcome with conditions. Available from Sat 28th March until at least late May, and possibly longer. The price is $590 including, WIFI, cooking LPG, & furniture. Renters will pay for their power use. This a holiday rental with payment ahead and a bond. Only short term renters. Smoking is only outside. No cats but dogs are welcome with bond. Good references essential.
