2 rooms apartment of 1762m² in Christchurch

A partially furnished upstairs modern apartment with a sunny balcony has become available in our little community at 48 Winchester St. Sadly for us (but wonderful for them) our amazing tenants of 7 years are returning to their native Ireland. All apartments are privately owned by us, and we are looking for a quiet tenant who will be a fit for the other tenants living here. Fridge freezer, washing machine, queen bed, dishwasher, leather couches, are included. Please note that as my tenants are busy packing, photos are from other apartments in our complex. The layout is the same, however the furnishings differ slightly. Please refer to inclusions of furniture and whiteware.
