In 2021, we meticulously renovated it with the intention of creating a house that would be ours forever. After the reno, we lived it it for just over 2 years before deciding to relocate to Australia - so all our pain, sweat & tears (and money spent) is someone else’s gain. So this is far from your usual rental house, it’s a house we renovated with care & precision. The house is perfect for a family relocating to Auckland for a short term or long term. We have rented it out to overseas medical families over the last 2 years. The house is fully furnished, so it makes your transition to life in Auckland very easy. It’s also full of modern appliances & everything that is required from cutlery + linen to board games + bikes. Downstairs is perfect for having family or friends to stay & there are plenty of toys / books / games for kids under 5 years to use. All utilities (Electricity, Water, Internet) are still operating under our name, so you don’t have to worry about setting anything up when you arrive. We’ll just send the bills every couple of months to settle, this again makes your transition to Auckland very easy. There are numerous daycare / kindergarten / school options close by and we’d be more than happy to recommend suitable options for you and your family.
