We have a warm, 2-bedroom cottage available on our farm in Motunau. We are looking for a reliable tenant who enjoys the rural lifestyle and is looking for a long-term place to call home. About the House: The cottage is tidy, warm, and well-positioned. It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, sunroom, separate toilet/bathroom and a large covered deck. 2 car separate garage. Situated 15 minutes from Greta Valley and Motunau Beach. Who we're looking for: Rather than just a renter, we're looking for someone who is also interested and available/willing to help out with casual/seasonal farm work. Tasks will range from day-to-day maintenance to assisting with stock work, tailing, weaning etc. We cannot guarantee a fixed number of hours but for the right person, 1-2 days/week could be possible.
