1 room house of 140m² in Wellington

Kia ora, we’ve got a big room going in our relaxed flat and we’re looking for someone easygoing to join the whare. The flat’s got 3 bedrooms, plus a separate granny flat out the back. You’d be living with 2 guys and 1 wahine, all in our 30s. Everyone’s friendly, respectful, and keeps things pretty cruisy. The room’s a good size and has a big curtain in there at the moment.
