2 rooms house of 410m² in Wellington

This is a small (50m2) cottage, very close to town but quiet and private. The two rooms are roughly equal in size and can both fit a queen size bed with wardrobe or drawers. There is a small outside space, mostly deck-covered which provides good sunbathing for most of the year and a small place to grow herbs or vegies. It is owned by two friends who lived here for several years and made it tidy, warm and homely. Due to it's small size, it suits people with a relatively minimalist lifestyle. It is best suited to either: At a stretch it could fit a couple and a friend or young child. A micro-chipped cat-flap has been installed, and a well-trained cat is allowed. Likewise for a small dog, although not recommended as a good space for dogs unfortunately. The bathroom is modern with a good shower. The kitchen is small but functional, incl dish drawer. The house has been recently insulated underfloor and in most of the ceiling, and has a heat-pump that can heat the house efficiently and cheaply. Feedback from current tenants who have been there for 1.5 years: "We're incredibly grateful for the time we've had here, you've both been so welcoming and good to us, and it's made this place feel like home".
