Another plus (we think) is that the bathroom, is not off the bedroom, but is off the hallway (great if someone is having a sleep in the bedroom, the other person doesn’t have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom). Neighbours are a mixture of all ages, families, singles, couples. All have been lovely when we meet them, definitely not loud and you really don’t hear anything from neighbours. Perfect for a single wanting some peace and privacy or a couple needing a space with close proximity to CBD.
