Property is located on the second story of the and no lift is available. Another plus (we think) is that the bathroom, is not off the bedroom, but is off the hallway (great if someone is having a sleep in the bedroom, the other person doesn’t have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom). Neighbours are a mixture of all ages, families, singles, couples. All have been lovely when we meet them, definitely not loud and you really don’t hear anything from neighbours. Perfect for a single wanting some peace and privacy or a couple needing a space with close proximity to CBD.
