Your private space includes: 1 comfortable bedroom, plus sole use of the lounge, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet, and our sauna to keep you cosy through winter :) Weekly rent: $395 Utilities: Power, water, and internet ($104/month) are billed monthly based on usage. We’ll provide a clear invoice for power and water each month. Household member: No additional pets please — our little cat Ruby will be here looking after the Whare while we’re away.
