Being surrounded by other uni students also means it’s easy to stay social and feel part of the student scene.2. Great social setup – With two 5-person flats stacked together (10 people total), there’s always something going on. It creates a fun, lively atmosphere and makes it easy to meet people, host things, and enjoy the classic student flat experience.3. Sunlight – The flat gets lots of sunlight, which makes a big difference to enjoying the backyard, mood and helps the place feel warmer and more livable overall.
