We are looking for someone to move into the standalone studio/unit on our property at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe and friendly neighbourhood. The unit has a separate entrance and a covered porch area. Our current tenant has taken excellent care of the place and it is in very clean and tidy condition. It was recently painted and recarpeted. The unit is located next to our family home. We have two young children and a friendly dog who enjoy their backyard in the afternoons and weekends.
