The studio has its own private entrance and terrace. North facing, the stained glass windows guarantee a lot of natural light. French windows open up to a sheltered, private terrace. Water and wifi is included. Electricity is metered and is due once the monthly bills come in. There is on and off street parking but there is no immediate need for a car since shops and restaurants are relatively close by. Terms are flexible, Around 4 months is what we would prefer but that can change. However a 10 to 12 weeks period can be considered a minimum or the rental conditions would change.
