Hi there, This listing is for a large double room (two are currently available) in a 6 bedroom boarding apartment. There are two shared bathooms and a spacious living area. It is close to the New Lynn train station, New World, Lynn Mall and bus routes. There is lot of parking available. All doors have locks, and most tenants have been there for several years. Currently, the tenants are all men aged between 30-65. Power, water and rubbish are an extra $30 per week. The bond is $800, however, this can be negotiated if it is a problem.
