Sunny, spacious villa near city. Character two-bedroom villa close to Wellington Zoo. Walk to town in 30 min, catch the bus in 15, or easy biking. Good cafes and shops nearby. Relax in the large bedrooms and sunny living space. The house is on a fully fenced section so it is suitable for children and pets. Has a working fireplace in the living room, heat pump, and panel heaters. Infinity gas cook top and hot water. Small courtyard with space for a small vege patch, outdoor table, has clothes line. Fairly low maintenance barked garden where you can add your own touch if desired. Street parking is fairly easy to find outside the house. Undercover off street bike parking. It was painted inside 2 years ago so looking pretty clean inside. Outside needs some work unfortunately. We will be wanting to do repairs to some weather boards & windows, the front porch could do with a complete rebuild, and the back deck deserves new decking. We would only do these works if it wasn't too much of an inconvenience for the new tenants. Looking for at least 6 months rental but prefer longer.
