Two rooms available in a flat super close to campus! We have two spacious rooms available in our 4-person flat on Albany Street, right across the road from the Central Library, Leith Liquor, and Veggie Boys, and a 10-minute walk to New World Centre City. Been an awesome location for both studying and working. Room 1: Comes unfurnished, but is a generous size and can easily fit a bed, shelving, and a desk. It includes a fabric wardrobe and clothes rail (as pictured). Room 2: Comes partially furnished with a large wardrobe with drawers, two large wooden desks, and a wooden set of drawers but if you prefer your own furniture, these can be stored away in the flat's storage room. You’ll be living with two friendly, respectful flatmates who are sociable but value their own space. The flat has all whiteware (including an extra freezer), and a courtyard with a washing line.
