Available 29 Nov - 27 January. We have a one -bedroom self-contained granny flat available while my international student is away. It has one bedroom, and a lounge, mini kitchen-ette , dining area and it's own bathroom. The unit has previously been styled as a large studio and a second bedroom for two friends, or else it could be more traditionally used as lounge/kitchen dining in one room and a bedroom in the second room - up to you. The space has your own kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle, airfryer, toaster cutlery plates provided and your own bathroom. Also available are two single beds (one has a third single bed under it which pops up to make a king bed), a large desk/table and a circular swivel couch. Preference given to those who can make use of the current furniture, so that we don't have to store it. It has its own sunny private courtyard and outdoor furniture for your exclusive use. Own external gate and private exit. Wifi, electricity, water can be covered for an additional $50 a week
