The cabin measures 2.4m x 4.2m, is double-glazed, and self-insulated, ensuring it stays warm and comfortable year-round. It is furnished for one person with a bed, nightstand, cabinet, mini fridge, microwave, heater and a few other essentials for your convenience. Please note that the bathroom, kitchen, and dining areas are in the main house, so these will be shared with us—a couple and our child. Weekly Rate: $250 (includes $210 rent + $40 for water, Fibre internet, & electricity). Location: Northcross, just 6 minutes from Browns Bay Beach. We are seeking a full-time worker or student, calm, friendly, respectful, and responsible individual who pays rent on time.
