The house and two other rooms get incredible afternoon sun, are super warm, has a DVS system, and has the most amazing deck (with the views to go with it) for food and drinks! The property is a 30min walk to town, or a short bus trip from the stop just down the road. Close by are heaps of running/ walking trails on Te Ahumairangi Hill and Wilton and we get constant visits from native birds from Zealandia! There is plenty of storage space downstairs as well as a small work bench to do projects on. Both available rooms fit double beds and a set of drawers plus they both have closet space.
