Hi to all, Located here in the Opawa/Waltham area, is a fully furnished 2 bedroom unit (despite the shown photos at 15-18) both with built-in wardrobes available for $450 a week inclusive of bills, with included off-street vehicle parking accessibility. 1 week bond required ($900, paid in advance inclusive of first weeks rent.) Can negotiate down to $430 p/w bills etc inc, if neither of you have a vehicle for off-street parking*. Also be happy to provide additional space for storage if need be within the spare room currently set up as an optional 3rd bedroom (for an additional 4th person) /or Garage space (I.E Bike, Car re-arranging etc). Public transport options from here are bus stops (1 of them literally just outside by the front gate and another nearby of up to 3-5 minutes of walking from the gate for access towards the city/UC/airport etc). Ideally, looking for someone that must be employed or studying (W.H.V ok) with a stable income, who can provide a reference each, who's willing to stay preferably long term. Someone who would like to make use of the courtyard, grow vegetables in the planter boxes provided, the BBQ for friendly gatherings, the 3 in 1 games table etc (pool, t-tennis, a-hockey).
