We have a fully furnished 2 bedroomed unit under our house with private entry. Price includes internet and reasonable use of power and water. Ideally suited for 1-2 people who are requiring a short/medium term tenancy, in-between houses, new into the Country or have relatives coming to visit. Bedrooms have large wardrobes, side lamps and comfy beds, 1 bedroom has a double bed and 1 a queen bed. There is a modern bathroom with decent shower, lounge with small kitchen (no photos as yet as being installed soon) nespresso coffee machine and cooking facilities. Private patio and entrance. An older quiet couple live upstairs although you may hear or see us occasionally. You must love dogs as we have an old friendly dog on site and he will be in the garden at times.
