Your bathroom is accessed from the wraparound deck - with a boujie (no smell) composting loo, shower, washing machine etc. Possibly another extra storage room if you need. It can come fully furnished if you want, and the couch folds out to a comfy extra bed. Who else is around: There are three of us here intermittently on the property. All creatives. We’re mid 30’s to late 40’s. One person & her cats live in the big (other) whare full time. Me & my partner will be around occasionally, but when we do we’ll stay in our caravan - and use our art studio which is behind your place. Queer friendly space. We’re all good communicators and enjoy living by each other up here. We’re looking for someone who will feel comfy here in the mix of having your own self contained space and privacy but being a little connected in a community sense too.
