1 room house of 296m² in Bay of Islands

Hi. Marlin house Paihia is a multi level, well appointed apartment house, hosting guests and holiday makers from around the world. During the off peek season between the 1st of May and 31st of October we have an elevated studio unit with deck, available at a reduced rate on a week to week basis. It is 5 minutes walk to the village and beach. It is fully furnished, with air conditioning and a large duel vanity bathroom with a large rain shower and two person spa bath. King size post bed, flat screen smart tv, benchtop oven/airfryer, cooking elements, microwave, jug, toaster, kitchen sink, cutlery, plates etc. Includes electricity and water. There is some free wifi but it can be patchy and is not guaranteed (it's usually ok though). Stay duration during this period is flexible depending on dates. There are some storage cupboards and a full wardrobe, however, it is not suitable for bringing own furniture and there is no storage available outside the unit. Out of consideration for other guests, no loud or bass sound systems, no parties, any visitors to vacate by 10pm, no overstayers. There is 1 on site car park reserved for this unit, all other on site car parks are reserved for other units and apartments. Free visitor parking on street. Bed has a fresh mattress protector included, however, bedding and linen is not included unless you would like to include a laundry service by arrangement. Includes use of shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer, plus a clothes line. Would suit single or couple looking for temporary living arrangements as travellers, settlers, workers.
