1 room house of 236m² in Bay of Islands

Marlin House is predominately a short term, holiday guest accommodation environment. We do, however, have a cosy little unit, better suited for a longer term guest and priced to suit. The property is 5 minutes walk from the beach and village, and comes fully furnished, including power and wi-fi. It is not suitable for someone with furniture and has only a small amount of storage space (a few cupboards), it's pretty much just come with your clothes and sheets and towels and good to go. There is no outdoor area, however, good light and garden view. Full kitchen, Internet TV, Washing machine and dryer, large bathroom, king bed. Suits single or couple, just please be upfront which of the two you are. Does not suit kids. No loud or bass sound systems, no overstaying visitors.
