This 2 bedroom cottage with a king bed in each room (second room can be changed to two single beds), is available fully furnished from only $995 per week, off peak, this RENT INCLUDES WATER and Wifi :) It is available for shorter term stays FROM $175.00 PER NIGHT mid week, off-peak, and I can quote rates during the other times, please ask for a quote for the dates you are after. I will respond promptly. Our linen is hired hotel grade and all stays incur a single linen/exit cleaning fee of $150 per stay. This gorgeous self-contained, stand-alone Cottage is set in Lush Tropical grounds and has elevated views out over Palm Beach... just 500 meters away. A private covered deck allows alfresco dining in any weather, and the balcony off the second level captures the sun...relax on the outdoor furniture, enjoy a glass of wine and watch the beautiful sunset over the water Bus stop to and from the ferry is at the end of the driveway. (approximately 5 kilometers to Matiatia Wharf, and the passenger ferry from Auckland City and Devonport) Open plan lounge/dining has two double sofabeds. Kitchen with microwave/convection oven/griller, and 4 hob stove top. Bar-b-Que for use on the deck and small appliances; jug, toaster, blender, Nesspresso coffee machine etc. Cookware, Crockery and Utensils are also supplied. Shared paid washing machine and dryer available onsite, (not inside the cottage).
