Female only. Medium sized furnished room. Comfy queen bed and brand new bedside drawers available if needed. Main bathroom is mostly for renters sole use. Myself and daughter use the main bedroom ensuite. I'm a relaxed solo mum working a full time management role Mon-Fri. Daughter at school. Rent includes power, water rates and unlimited wifi, includes access to Netflix and Disney. Large heat pump and insulated warm home. Note; if you use a heater in room during winter/more than "usual" expected power use, the extra cost will need to be added. 2nd living area for yoga, workouts etc and has 2nd smart TV. Covered louvred deck and furniture to chill out on. No lawns or maintenance to worry about. Very safe and secure neighbourhood. Would consider lowering rent for some occasional babysitting of exceptionally well behaved 8yr old (expect it would only be once a week). We have a friendly old cat that likes cuddles. This situation would suit a female; student, seasonal worker, mature or full time employed person. 2 weeks bond, 2 weeks in advance. A couple more pics of living spaces coming tomorrow.
