With high ceilings and abundant natural light, the large living/dining room and bedroom both open up onto the private 15m pool which is for the sole use of the downstairs tenants. Pussy cats or one small quiet and house trained dog are welcome. As are people who like to vape! The upstairs tenants are a studious and quiet group of final year university students and we've had not a single complaint from any of our downstairs tenants. Please note there is construction going up across the road but again we've had no complaints about this from any of our current tenants. Move in costs are 4 weeks bond and one week's rent in advance.
