It would also be ideal for someone working from home or operating a small business as we are open to leasing on a commercial basis for $280 per week plus GST. Main bedroom is a good size double room with ranch sliders to deck. Good size lounge area/workspace and kitchen also has a ranch slider to the deck. Other bedroom is a small single size room. Two weeks bond and one week's rent to move in 14 days notice to move out or we can agreed a short term rental period, with a minimum stay of 4 weeks Background check/references required.
