The house is 5-minute walk from the Point England Reserve, Point England beach and bus stop. It is a 10-minute drive to the beaches of Mission Bay and St. Heliers and 20-minute drive to Auckland CBD, making it a perfect blend of nature and city life. Within a short drive, you'll find all your shopping needs met at Pak & Save, Countdown and New World, Sylvia Park, Kmart, the Warehouse, Briscoes, Harvey Norman, Bunnings, Asian supermarkets. There are several gyms and Glen Innes Pool & Leisure. The house comes fully furnished with all the essentials, including a sofa set, dining table and chairs, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and heat pump. It is down the driveway with total two parking lots. One is used by me, Landlord. Street parking is also available. The house is also surrounded by lawn and garden with plants and fruit trees. It has a deck with clothes lines. The rooms are upstairs. The master bedroom with a queen size bed has an ensuite bathroom. The other single room has access to a separate bathroom and toilet in the hallway. Current flatmate is me, Landlord staying in the downstairs room with exclusive use of the downstairs bathroom. Landlord is a single male elderly and Chinese speaking, working as a high school teacher. Rent: $190/week for each single room and $260 for the master bedroom with one person and $310 for the master bedroom with a couple.
