The sunny open plan apartment has two terraces and a lovely garden. The apartment is fully insulated to healthy home standards and has an effective heat pump. The lounge has a sofa and additional chair and television. The well-equipped kitchen includes a stove (with an oven), fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The laundry cupboard is in the kitchen and has a washing machine and dryer. There is an outdoor washing line available. The bedroom has a very comfortable king bed, a wardrobe and another storage cupboard, chest of drawers, bedside tables and bedside lights. The bathroom has a shower with good water pressure, a generous vanity with storage below, a heated towel rail, extractor fan and mirror and toilet. The house is located at the top of a shared driveway, set back from the street. There is off street parking for two cars. The apartment is on our property and has been a successful holiday rental for 15 years, but now we would like to offer it as a rental unit. This property would suit a single person or a couple.
