Single Room in Recently Renovated Remuera/Newmarket Home. We have a warm, sunny home in the sought-after Remuera/Newmarket area, just a short walk to the train station and Westfield Newmarket. There are currently five of us, and we’re looking for one more friendly flatmate to join us in early September, as our current flatmate is moving out. We're all in our mid-to-late 20s, a mix of professionals and tertiary students. We’re social but respectful of each other’s space – like shared dinners, game nights, and chats over drinks, but also plenty of quiet time when people are busy. We keep the place tidy and are looking for someone who’s similar, considerate and easy-going. The house has been fully renovated within the last few years, with good insulation and heating to keep you comfortable year-round. There’s also a sunny deck – perfect for relaxing. We get nice sun, while also having parks and greenery close by for walking and exploring. The available room is a single with a double-door walk-in storage space, suitable for one person only. No couples unfortunately as the flat is already quite full with (soon to be) 6 people!
