3 rooms house of 122m² in Blenheim

This old house is tucked away in Riversdale. It is very quiet and spacious. There is one room available. It is is a little bit small sized (large enough for a king single sized bed and a small desk). A king single sized base and bed are available in the room if needed. The interior kitchen area has a raised ceiling area. There is a nice spacious living room area, and a deck area outside two sliding side doors. There is a wetback fireplace for warmth in the living room. There is a very warm sun room.
