Character house 2 storied. 5 large bedrooms. 2 bathrooms, both downstairs, one of which is ensuite but that room can be used as a lounge. 1 toilet upstairs, 2 also downstairs. Heatpumps in 3 rooms and the downstairs hall. Gas Hw New logburner insert in fireplace Currently rented and will get a wee spruce up so if you do a driveby keep that in mind. Viewing Sunday tbc. Has a flat beneath quiet person only there a few nights a week- access by a different street. A few decks- narrow but they get the sun. Can be furnished, as many beds and wardrobes etc but you can choose. Carpet is tired. Also advertising on roomies, as plan b is I keep a room there myself and have flatmates, but prefer to rent the whole house long-term rental. Lovely quiet street, hear the birds and stroll to the pool. Sun gets into the right side of the house and back. 1 room downstairs doesn't get sun but is tidy. No bath sadly.
