You must be aware that the property is at the rear of a Holiday Park and you will have access to all the facilities that guests have including the Swimming pool, Laundry, Shop, Pizza Oven, Firepit etc. It can also be a busy time over Summer with campers in front of the property for a short period of time (we try to restrict this as much as possible). We are a Family Park with strict quiet times and we encourage people to come and stay in a natural environment to hear and sleep amongst the Kiwi. All potential tenants are subject to strict police and credit checks and all applicants will be required to undergo an application process. Power, gas and wood for wood burner is at an additional cost. Access to Starlink wi-fi is included.
