1 room house of 186m² in Albert-Eden

Villa with self-contained downstairs, I live upstairs. There is a bedroom, small bathroom and lounge with simple kitchenette. Faces the back yard, super quiet with nice greenery, on a no-exit street in a great, super safe area. Simple space, quiet, we live upstairs, we are separate but obviously are in one house so important to have someone like minded not coming and going during the night as you can at sometimes be aware of small noises. Very flexible, two week notice period.
